Project description Third-cycle subject: Engineering Mechanics within the area fluid mechanics The goal of this project is to study, through Computational Fluid Dynamics, the physics of turbulent flows around complex wing geometries such as swept wings, wing-tip vortices and pipes; and to contribute to the development of suitable methods in particular adaptive mesh refinement, AMR , and uncertainty quantification UQ.
