I see a white haired man, he's got a suit on and He's telling people how they're supposed to live Nobody's listening to the politician No matter what sage advice he has to give He's got a clumsy, outdated m. And he's come to a fork in the road And there's only one direction to go Among the commuters, dwarfed by the skyscrapers I watch the countless millions fighting for space See hateful petty acts, disjointed images And can't believe that I'm one of the same race We're all just struggling to cope And we come to a fork in the road As we watch our foundations erode There is only one direction to go It's the way of the dodo, such a noble destiny It's the waltz of desperation passed along to you and me The way of the dodo We're all just struggling to cope And we come to a fork in the road As we watch our foundations erode There's only one direction to go It's the way of the dodo, it's the gray stuff in your head It's the pulse of the living and the voices of the dead It's the way of the dodo, such a noble destiny It's the waltz of desperation passed along to you and me The way of the dodo.
Nominate as Song of the Day. Why is Faction Wars not a thing yet? Similar to what happens in MKX.
Dodo Destiny, An American Eye on Mauritius by Tom Parker | | Booktopia
Faction with most points overall in a season gets rewards. Perhaps a package for first place which guarantees a exotic or a shader. Armour or Weapon for second place. Motes and coins for third place. Also, you can only change allegiance on Tuesday when the system refreshes to avoid people joining the faction who is winning at the last second.
And the more faction armour or shaders or colours you wear, the more points go the overall score. Ktan Dantaktee. This would be super broken because of the Patrol Chest ships that are basically built out of guns. Quite Content Damsel would be bone-chilling. Faction wars or some kind of clan games. New monarchy event would be much better. I am over the age of AGE. Illegal Activity.

Nov 20, Caitlin rated it really liked it Shelves: non-fiction. It's not every day you win a book on a dead bird. I won an autographed copy of "Dodo Destiny" through Goodreads. When the book arrived, I wasn't sure what to expect. I thought it was going to be some sort of love song to the dearly departed dodo. In many ways, it does serve that purpose.
What I discovered was that the Dodo was just one puzzle piece. The book focuses on the Mauritius islands, their fight for survival, and the thin line they must toe in order to do so. Dodo Destiny is just as much It's not every day you win a book on a dead bird. Dodo Destiny is just as much about life as it is death.
Big Picture Science – Geology is Destiny: Eugenia Gold / So Goes the Dodo
Tom Parker, the author, weaves a fascinating story of the islands, tapping into his skills as a travel writer. The histories of the three island nations are revealed as well as the characters who populated them.
He spoke of the animals that had left the islands soon after man inhabited them. Alice in Wonderland is the first introduction many of us have to the Dodo. We snicker at the name and ignore the reality that nature is finite. That's the tale of the Dodo: not everything survives. As the Mauritius Island struggle for survival, they'll have to keep one eye on the Dodo to remind them not to waste the natural resources given then but to instead steward and nurture it.
